As a curator, Dot is committed to anti-imperial, feminist modes of storytelling and togetherness. She is currently based in Manchester where she works as curator at esea contemporary

Dot is a working group member of the Feminist Duration Reading Group, and editor of bilingual magazine chán. Projects and collaborations have been with Spike Island, Bristol; Power Station of Art, Shanghai; Goldsmiths CCA, London; Chisenhale Gallery, London; Blindspot Gallery, Hong Kong; The Mosaic Rooms, London. 

Dot completed studies in psychology in Germany and received an MFA in Curating from Goldsmiths, and an MA in History of Art from The Courtauld. She is the recipient of PSA Emerging Curator Award 2021, ACE Lottery Project Grants, The University of Bristol Writing Bursary, Swiss Arts Council, Goldsmiths Curating Departmental Bursary, Jacobs University Bremen merit-based scholarship.

Before coming to the UK, Dot called Jiaxing, Vancouver, Portland, Vienna, and Bremen home. In displacement, she lingers for care. 

贾芷涵(点点)研究并练习策展的多种可能性,围绕女性口述历史与书写。她目前在英国esea contemporary担任策展人。先前任教于伦敦大学金史密斯学院艺术系,担任批评性研究课的讲师。曾任职于泰特现代美术馆策展部,中国科学研究院心理研究所。

2020年,点点和好友佳瑛一同创立了双语杂志《馋 chán》,探讨海外离散华人群体的饮食记忆。她同时也是女性主义阅读小组Feminist Duration Reading Group的组织成员。



I am interested in the entanglements of landscape and narratives, that are necessary, if not inevitable, in rewriting certain histories.
